A note from Nicole & Bruce
“Thank you so much for celebrating this exciting new chapter with us and helping us welcome Brooks! In keeping with the storybook part of our theme, we’d love to begin building Brooks’ first library. In lieu of a card for the shower, please consider bringing a children’s book instead. It can be a favorite from your own childhood, a story you loved reading to someone, or one of the books we’ve added to the registry for inspiration. We’d especially love if you wrote a note to Brooks inside the cover as a piece of you for him to find one day. For clothing, we prefer soft natural fabrics whenever possible, including cotton, linen, and bamboo. Organic cotton is wonderful, but certainly not necessary; 100% cotton is perfectly fine. We’re just hoping to avoid acrylic, polyester, and synthetic blends. If you choose something for Brooks that isn’t already on the registry, we’d be grateful if you marked a similar item as purchased or let us know so we can help avoid duplicates. Most of all, please know how grateful we are to have you celebrating with us. Your love and support mean far more to us than any gift, and we feel incredibly lucky that Brooks is already surrounded by such amazing people.”
