Hello everyone! I’m so excited to be able to celebrate my beautiful sister and brother-in-law on their upcoming coming arrival of another sweet baby girl. This won’t be a normal baby registry, as in preparation of sweet Wrenlee last year they were blessed with all they needed plus more. I didn’t want that to stop us from celebrating new baby so I came up with a different idea. Pregnancy after loss is something I never thought would happen to my amazing sister and Travis, but it did. With that comes extreme happiness for new life, but is also a scary and anxiety filled 9 months. While only holding this sweet wiggly baby in her arms will ease that, I figured we, her family and close friends, could help with some self care and pampering. As Marlee did with Wrenlee, she’ll attend some chiropractic, acupuncture and prenatal massage appointments towards the end of this pregnancy. These things will not only feel great and relieve some tension and stress, but they will also prepare her body and baby for delivery; but the costs add up. Since they don’t need cloths or car seats or bouncers, I was hoping to set up a fund for her and Travis, can’t forget daddy, to spend on these things. I know all we want for this wonderful family is a healthy baby girl, but let’s sprinkle them with some love and self care. The couple’s only request in all this is in substitution of a card, if you could please bring a book they would be very grateful. The places Marlee is an established patient at and will be going for these appointments are: -Donohoe Chiropractic- an adjustment is $70 and they also offer prenatal massages $90 for a 50min or $140 for 80 min -Access Acupuncture- each appointment is around $80 - and of course pedicures and manicures are fantastic as well and any place close to them would be great. Most mani and pedi places, as well as both Access Acupuncture and Donohoe chiropractic offer gift certificates as well if you’d like to go that route vs donating to the general fund. If you don’t want to do a gift certificate and just want to donate to the general fun below, Marlee and Travis can access that money whenever and use it the appointments as needed. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Also, if you can’t donate that’s ok! We still can’t wait to see you and celebrate with you!
