Below are some ideas for nourishing & easy to freeze postpartum meals from my favorite dietitian’s website that sounded good to us, but feel free to make something else that you love if you are not feeling inspired! *Note: we are NOT dairy-free so please feel free to use regular dairy products. We do prefer organic ingredients if possible. For any meat please try to use a nitrate & hormone free option such as organic/grass fed. Thank you! :)
